Privacy notice

Information we collect
When you request an HMS demo, we collect the property and contact information you choose to provide: property type, city, operating scale, priority challenge, contact preference, name, organisation, email or phone number, and campaign attribution where present.
How we use it
We use this information to assess your request, prepare a relevant conversation, contact you using your selected method, protect the form from misuse and understand website conversion at an aggregate level.
Service providers
Demo requests are stored in a private database operated for Let’s Settle Down. Resend may process notification emails. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals to prevent spam. Plausible Analytics records cookieless aggregate events and is not sent form values.
Retention
New demo-request records are retained for up to 180 days unless a longer period is required for an active business conversation, legal obligation or dispute. Expired records are removed through scheduled maintenance.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete the information associated with your request. Email privacy@letssettledown.com. We may ask for enough information to verify the request.
Security
We use transport encryption, restricted access, server-side validation, rate limits and encrypted backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We will update this notice when our processing or services change and will revise the date above.
